Hey everyone, Ethan here.
So, those of you who follow my art accounts (links on the right) already know this, but I’m in a difficult financial position at the moment. I had to take extra commission work on top of my Patreon work in order to compensate for unexpected expenses in October and November. Unfortunately all that (paid) work takes priority over Chimaera High – I don’t make any money off the comic and I need to pay my rent and bills. So while I don’t like to do this, I have to set the next CH update date to “when it’s done”. I need to get rid of my backlog before I can start working on the comic again.
No, the comic isn’t dead like Generation 17. But it could be a while before I go back to it. Sorry about the wait, everyone. I’ll keep you posted.

Understandable. Real life takes precedence over a comic.
I really like what I have read so far, the art is unique and the story has enough mystery to keep me going. Anyways, I was just curious as to the state of things, as it’s been over 3 years since the last comic page, and the latest update (+/- 6 months) said you’d keep in touch. No rush or pressure as real life does sadly take precedence over any creative venture.
